1. When can we get started?
There are no large up-front investments necessary. Just sign up at any time and you are almost ready to start.
2. What do I need in order to start using?
Just compare our plans and subscriptions and sign up for the package you prefer. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and we will charge the difference or reduce the subscription from the next month.
3. How much does it cost?
We have no hidden costs and you pay just your monthly subscription. Support is already included. However, if you need a implementation via API into your existing systems, we will quote and charge time spent.
4. What other help is available?
We offer a support page where you can find loads of information. However, we are also available via Ticket. Just open a new Ticket and our Customer Support will help you.
5. How to get in touch?
Your can reach us by Ticket, Email or Phone.
6. How can I cancel my subscription?
You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time and we will reduce the subscription fee from the next month or cancel your subscription at all. Just go to settings and downgrade or cancel your subscription.
Please note, you may decide otherwise later but we will keep your account data just 4 weeks after cancellation. Any settings or data will be lost afterwards.
